The owner and his team were fantastic! I would give zero stars, but I will at least acknowledge Pinnacle Claims Services Inc. involvement did result in a more appropriate dwelling loss payment then the initial payments provided by my insurance company. However, Pinnacle Claims Services Inc. resulted in a final loss through negligence in the arbitration process, and commission taken on my ALE and personal property losses. My experience is with a major fire claim, and not the typical roof damage, so my experience may not reflect proportionally with the typical roof claims that Pinnacle Claim Services is reviewed on.

Pinnacle was awesome! They responded to my call the same day and had an adjuster to the house the next morning. If you ever come home to water flowing out your front door and garage you know you have a problem or two; who to call to demolish and prepare the house for repair, who to call for the actual repair, and how to file a claim number with your insurance company. I learned a NEW fact at this time; who will represent me in dealings with the insurance company. I chose Pinnacle Claims Services under advisement from the rebate company and after Pinnacle sent a rep to my house while demolition was still ongoing. The Pinnacle rep explained to me what they do and the history of like claims' files by other property owners. The Pinnacle people represented me in ALL communications with the Insurance company. After the insurance company hesitated at sending me another check to defray all the costs of repair, Pinnacle obtained the services of a third party claims umpire who, with them and the insurance company's rep agreed to a higher award after inspecting the repaired property.
