The owner and his team were fantastic! I've had issues with water damage in my walls in the past, actually did file a claim on it several years ago, but my insurance company wouldn't pay, saying they "could not find concrete evidence of the damage". This year I noticed what I believed to be a new leak, but this time I went through the owner first. Best decision, they came in and documented the damage, and by the time the insurance company came to assess, he was waiting for them with comprehensive records of everything. They couldn't refuse, I got a comfortable settlement.

I would like to say thank you to the outstanding team working at Pinnacle . From start to finish. Special thanks to Linda who held my hand, listened to me getting impatient, stressed and overwhelmed. It was always service with a smile. She followed up with issues involving my claim as she said she would. Had an issue with payout and I was not happy. Brad jumped in and helped to further resolve the issue with the Insurance Company. Pinnacle is about you getting your correct settlement. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. I can't thank Brad Pridemore of Pinnacle Claim Services enough for his help with our insurance claim resulting from hurricane related roof damage.Not knowing how the claim process worked and dealing with serious medical issues, it felt amazing to have someone on our sidethat is knowledgeable, worked for us and our best interest!After suffering a loss, most insurance companies give you the run around. Upon hiring Pinnacle Claim Services they immediatelygot to work on our case, communicating every step of the way. Our insurance company managed to drag it out for months,with a variety of moves intended only to delay, delay. None of the delays were Pinnacle's fault. The team at Pinnacle Claims exceeded my expectations. Tom came in after my insurance company had settled a total of $9,829 for covered damages to my home, and he, Monica, Brad and Pat were able to get me another $15,530 after their fees, for a total insurance claim settlement of $25,359 so that I could fully repair the covered damages in my home the right way. Pinnacle was awesome! They responded to my call the same day and had an adjuster to the house the next morning. The adjuster really knew his stuff and noticed damage I had not seen myself.The staff return calls and emails quickly and Brad fights hard for his customers.
